Welcome, families with young children!
Have you ever wondered where to find that “village” everyone keeps talking about? You’ve come to the right place. Rooted is a new, city-wide apostolate that ministers specifically to young Catholic families in the Chippewa Falls area. If you have a child 0-6 years old (or are expecting!), you’re newer to MACS or one of the Chippewa Falls parishes (Holy Ghost, Notre Dame, St. Charles), and you’re looking for a way to meet other parents while deepening your own faith, we invite you to join us!
Inspired by Acts 2:42, our Rooted community aims to share life together, pray together, participate in the liturgical and sacramental life together, and grow in our faith together – all while trying to keep our toddlers quiet during the homily!
From your baby’s birth and baptism to their first year of kindergarten and everything in between, you can expect to receive support, solidarity, and success as you transition into this new season of Catholic parenthood. Raising young children may not come with an instruction manual, but it does come with a community. We can’t wait for you to be part of it.

The (Littlest) All Saints’ Day Party

Celebrate the launch of Rooted - a new apostolate for Catholic parents with (or expecting) young children! Dress your babies, toddlers, and preschoolers in their (or your) favorite saint costume as we celebrate the Solemnity of All Saints' with games, saint-inspired snacks, family-friendly prayer, treats, and fellowship. Older siblings are always welcome. No registration required!
